For anyone who has to stand up and speak
Shape your talk.
Skip the script.
Paste your messy notes and get a one-page map: a strong open, three ideas with key-word cues, a strong close. Then rehearse against the clock while the words fade, until you can give the whole talk from the hooks alone. Look down, look up, deliver.
Free for five talks, rehearsal and AI included. No card needed.
The whole talk on one page
Key words only, never sentences. When a cue grows into a sentence the map flags it and the AI offers three shorter versions. A symbol carries the verb: a cross for don't, an arrow for leads to, a star for the key point. Nothing on the page is there to be read aloud; everything is there to be glanced at.
The sample: a twelve-minute case for Deep Work Fridays, built from the notes on the method page.
Rehearse until the map fades
Rehearse times every section against your targets. Each run you can turn the text down a notch, so you stop reading and start recalling. And every run is remembered: the next summary tells you which idea keeps running long and whether your close is getting cut, so you fix it at your desk, not on stage.
The whole map, timed. Idea 2 comes in at 4:50 against a 4:00 target. You see it before anyone else does.
Cue text is hidden behind its symbol. Tap to peek if you must; you mostly don't. Idea 2 is down to 4:15.
Three circles and your open and close. You give the talk from memory hooks alone. The map you can deliver from blank is the one you know.
After a run: “Idea 2 ran long in 3 of your last 4 runs, about +0:40 each time.” That sentence is the difference between a stopwatch and a rehearsal.
Same method, one card per slide
Upload the PowerPoint, or a PDF of any deck, and get one card per slide: beats, not paragraphs, and every card ends with a LAND, the one line to leave them with, and a NEXT, the spoken bridge into the following slide. Most talks are lost in the transitions; the NEXT line is how you stop losing them. The AI reads picture slides and drafts every card in a couple of minutes; the file never leaves your browser.
Present from your phone with a timer per card. Lost your place? Tap the counter and jump to any slide.
Look down. Look up. Deliver.
Notes are always allowed, even in a boardroom. The trick is notes you can read in a glance.
One goal, three ideas
Who is in the room, what should they do when you finish, and which three ideas get them there. Paste your notes and the AI proposes the three; you choose.
Cut every cue to a key word
Sub-points become one or two words that trigger the whole thought. Symbols carry the verb. The cutting is the rehearsal.
Fade the map, keep the hooks
Say each idea three ways around the same key word until the wording stops mattering. Read your pre-talk card at the door. On the day, find the next key word and keep going.
