Terms of service

The service

TalkSketch helps you shape and deliver talks. You keep every right to what you write. We need only the permission to store and display it back to you and to anyone you choose to share it with.

Plans

The Free plan is free. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Limits for each plan are shown on the account page and may change with notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store unlawful content or to attack the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI suggestions

AI output is a suggestion, not advice, and may be wrong. You are responsible for what you say on stage.

Availability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it; keep a backup of anything important, which the dashboard lets you export at any time.
