What TalkSketch stores

Your speeches and speaker notes, the account e-mail you sign in with, and, if you subscribe, a billing reference from our payment provider. Notes are stored on your device first and mirrored to our cloud database so they follow you between devices.

AI features

When you ask for a draft, a coach note, or an abbreviation, the relevant text from that speech is sent to our AI provider to produce a suggestion. It is not used to train models. You always choose whether to keep a suggestion.

Sharing

A document is visible to another person only when you invite their e-mail or they open a link you created. You can remove either at any time from the Share dialog.

Payments

Card details go directly to Stripe. TalkSketch never sees or stores card numbers.

Usage measurement

We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, keeps no identifier that follows you between visits, and records only the page, the referrer, and coarse device and country information. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your controls

Export everything as JSON from the dashboard. Delete your account from the account page; this removes your documents, shares, and sign-in record.
